A Look Back at January

Happy February 1st!! Where did January go guys? January always seems to be the month that drags on, not this year it flew by. Now that January is over I'm starting to have Spring fever, we still have a little ways to go, but Spring is getting a little closer. Anyways, I thought I'd do a little recap of my goals I had set when the New Year began. We all are determined to accomplish so many new things but do we really stick to them? Well let's grab a cup of coffee and take a look!

When the New Year began I had a huge goals for myself. The first thing was to do more for myself like exercising. I'm happy to say I have stuck to this, in between fighting the flu, my girlfriend and I starting working with a personal trainer. One lesson I've learned about a commitment like exercising, partner with a friend, you will hold each the other accountable. Next, I wanted to be more "organized" in my home. I started off with a few projects, the linen closet and pantry got a facelift....score!! I still have the master closet on my list and purging the basement. Now the basement might take me whole year but baby steps, right? My hope and I say HOPE is to have the master closet done by the end of February! The biggest fail that I had on my goal list for January was giving my master bath a facelift. It's amazing when I work on clients homes how it comes to me so easily but when it's your own well that's another story. With that being said, this one is rolling into February.

Wow....those are only a few little things but they feel like HUGE accomplishments.
