Can you believe it's Monday! The weekends are never long enough, I always tell my kids
weekends should be three days...haha. Well I hope y 'all had a great one and for those of you that watched the Super Bowl I hope you enjoyed. Grab your coffee and let's get ready to take on another week.
Today I'm chatting about how I spend my Sundays, which I need to change. If you watched stories yesterday you saw how I spend most of my day doing loads and loads of laundry of my bedding. I took a quick poll and found I'm not the only one that does this.. Well guys I need to come up with a way to solve this madness. I do have several sets of sheets, however in the winter months we use flannel sheets which I only have one set of. And who has the money to go by more bedding. My husband always tells me it's not necessary to do all this every week, I agree to some point. Now keep in mind I am the first to admit I'm OCD....Eeeek!
In January I started working on my goals and changes I was making for 2019, well I guess I'll add this one to the list. Let's face it, embracing change is no fun. Everyone likes staying in their comfort zone. After all, they call it "comfort" zone for a reason. A while back I read an article about change, here are seven reasons they listed why embracing change can be a very good habit to adopt.
Change helps you grow
Change teaches you flexibility
Change can challenge your values and beliefs
Change reveals your strengths
Change makes you more compassionate
Change breaks up routines
Change offers opportunities
There you have it, I know I need to change this,

let's face it life is to short and that bedding is really not important, right?
Thanks for stopping by the blog today.
xoxo,
Sandy
