Happy Monday!! Guys I've been so nervous for this announcement. Drum roll please...haha! SOUTHERN HOME KNOW OFFERS E-DESIGN!! EEEEKK! Grab a cup a coffee, it's time to fall in love with your house with affordable personalized E-Design.

So what is E-Design? E-Design is a true collaboration between designer and client, with work being done on both ends so that the typical design timeline is sped up considerably. All of the communications is either done by phone, email or face time.

Once you have selected a package I will email a questionnaire which covers your timeline and budget for your project. I will also ask some questions about your preferences because I really want to get to the know you and what design style you like. Next, I will give you some homework. I will ask you to measure your space, take plenty of photos and make note of any existing pieces you want to work into the new design. Once this is finished I get to work!

Within five-seven business days you will receive what is included in your package. Then it's time for the execution. You purchase the recommended items at your leisure and pull the room together once everything has been received. I offer a Post-Design conference call to help as you are hanging artwork, styling your coffee table or to address any remaining questions to help you finish the space. Not bad right!!

Menu of Design Services

1. Accessory Refresh- this includes items for one room including a mood board.

Examples: Rug, pillows, Art, Wall Décor, accessories etc.

Price $125.00

2. Signature Package- this includes a 3D design plan complete with furniture layout, accessories placement, paint/flooring selection, window treatment selection & shopping list with product/vendor information for one room including 2 phone calls.

Price $200.00

3. Deluxe Package- this includes one room design from the ground up, 3D layout, shopping list with product/vendor information & up to 4 phone calls as needed.

Example: flooring, wall treatment (paint, shiplap etc.), window treatment, room layout, cabinet selection, plumbing fixtures etc.

Price $325.00

Al La Carte- Selection Assistance

Example: Paint selection, flooring selection, window treatment selection, furniture selection etc.

Price: $75.00 per selection (not included in 40% off special)

Customized Package- (Available) Tailored to you specific needs.

Example: Building a home, remolding etc.

Price: Quote will be given based on scope of work.
