Happy Cyber Monday!

Well good morning friends! I hope you all enjoyed your Thanksgiving with your families and loved ones. We sure had a busy one! Who loves this time of year? This certainly is mine! All the decorating, spending time with loved ones, baking and we can't forget the shopping! I have provided you some great gifts under $50 for both him and her (click the posts) to save you time.

There are so many great sales on Cyber Monday and some retailers carry their Black Friday sales on until today (be sure to check the Target link on my home page for some unbelievable sales). I was pleasantly surprised that many retailers have some great discounts this year.

However, my favorite gifts have always been homemade ones. Homemade gifts can make giving more meaningful. With this being such a busy time of the year, I've listed a few quick and easy homemade gift ideas. Be sure to keep an eye out later this week on the blog as I share an easy DIY gift!

A Hand Written Card

*this is especially fun for children even if the words don’t make sense or they are misspelled, these cards will be treasured forever.

A Family Recipe

*pick up some pretty recipe cards at the dollar store and share your favorite recipe/recipes.

Your Favorite Photo

*stop by the dollar store and pick up a frame, If you don’t like the color paint it with any paint you might have laying around and add your photo.

Desk Pencil Holder

*use some old glass jars you have laying around or empty those pickles into a container and use it. Spray paint it gold, silver or any color and add a piece of ribbon around the neck and you are done.
